Ich verarbeite personenbezogene Daten nur, soweit dies gesetzlich erlaubt ist oder Sie eingewilligt haben.

3. Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen der Verarbeitung

Die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten erfolgt zu folgenden Zwecken und auf folgenden Rechtsgrundlagen:

a) Besuch der Website

Beim Aufruf der Website werden automatisch Informationen durch den Browser Ihres Endgeräts an den Server übermittelt (z. B. IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, Browsertyp).

b) Vertragserfüllung und Bestellabwicklung

Bei Bestellungen verarbeite ich insbesondere:

Zahlungs- und Bestelldaten

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt zur Abwicklung von Kaufverträgen über Fine-Art-Prints sowie zur Durchführung von Lizenzvereinbarungen.

Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Erfüllung eines Vertrags)

c) Produktion und Versand von Prints (Fulfillment)

Zur Herstellung und Lieferung bestellter Fine-Art-Prints arbeite ich mit spezialisierten Druck- und Fulfillment-Dienstleistern zusammen.

Hierzu werden erforderliche personenbezogene Daten (Name, Lieferadresse, Bestelldaten) an diese Dienstleister übermittelt.

Rechtsgrundlage:
Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung)

d) Zahlungsabwicklung

Zur Abwicklung von Zahlungen werden Zahlungsdaten an die jeweils eingesetzten Zahlungsdienstleister übermittelt.

Die Zahlungsabwicklung erfolgt ausschließlich zur Durchführung des Kaufvertrags.

4. Einsatz von Shopify

Diese Website und der Online-Shop werden über die Plattform Shopify betrieben.

Shopify verarbeitet personenbezogene Daten in meinem Auftrag als Auftragsverarbeiter gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO. Dabei kann es zu einer Übermittlung von Daten in Drittländer (z. B. Kanada oder USA) kommen.

Die Übermittlung erfolgt auf Grundlage anerkannter Garantien, insbesondere der Standardvertragsklauseln der Europäischen Kommission.

b) Contract Performance and Order Processing

The data is processed for the performance of purchase contracts for fine art prints and for the execution of licensing agreements.

c) Production and Shipping of Prints (Fulfillment)

For the production and delivery of fine art prints, I work with specialized printing and fulfillment service providers.

The necessary personal data (name, shipping address, order details) is transferred to these service providers solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.

d) Payment Processing

For payment processing, payment data is transferred to the respective payment service providers.

Payment processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase contract.

This website and online shop are operated using the platform Shopify.

Shopify processes personal data on my behalf as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. In this context, personal data may be transferred to third countries (e.g. Canada or the United States).

Such transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
